Estonian government plans to sign an agreement on the Rail Baltic project of the European trail railway in Tallinn on 31 January during the meeting of the prime-ministers of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Common technical characteristics and directions of Rail Baltic, the terms of the project implementation, building conditions, and its financing will be stipulated in the agreement.

According to rus.delfi.ee, the prime-minister of Lithuania is not sure that the agreement will be signed, because the new Lithuanian government does not have enough information about all aspects of this project.
